About the Orange Line
The Orange Line runs between Miami International Airport and Dadeland South, calling at 16 stations in about 34 min end to end. Trains run every 10 minutes at the weekday peaks and every 15 minutes midday; from about 8 pm the line runs only as the airport shuttle.
At weekends, and on weekday evenings from about 8 pm, this line effectively disappears. Instead of running through to Dadeland South, Orange Line trains shuttle back and forth between the airport and Earlington Heights only, every 15 minutes. Everyone traveling further changes to the Green Line.

Where the two lines share track
From Earlington Heights south to Dadeland South, Orange and Green trains use the same track and call at the same 15 stations. You do not change trains along that stretch — whichever train arrives first will take you, which is why the daytime wait there is about five to eight minutes rather than ten to fifteen.

The Green Line runs the full route from Palmetto to Dadeland South, seven days a week.
Frequently asked questions
Not as a through line. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays Orange Line service is a two-stop Airport Shuttle between Miami International Airport and Earlington Heights, every 15 minutes (and on weekdays from about 8 pm). To carry on to downtown Miami, Brickell or Dadeland you change at Earlington Heights for a Green Line train.
Every 10 minutes at the weekday peaks and every 15 minutes midday. From about 8 pm on weekdays, and all day on Saturdays and Sundays, the line runs only as the airport shuttle, every 15 minutes.
On weekdays the first train is around 5:04 am and the last finishes about 12:29 am. Weekend times are close to the same.
