Government Center is where both Metrorail lines meet the free Metromover, which loops the whole downtown for no fare.

Overview
Government Center is the interchange at the centre of downtown Miami, where the Orange and Green lines meet the free Metromover. From here, without paying another cent, you can reach Bayfront Park and Bayside Marketplace on the water, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the Kaseya Center where the Miami Heat play, and the two waterfront museums in Museum Park — the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) and the Frost Museum of Science. Metromover is genuinely free, with no card and no gate, which makes downtown the easiest part of the city to see by rail.
